Your first decision is to choose to be a Premuim After Hours Assurance Clinic and offer your clients the option of Gold Subscriptions or to pay per call, or simply offer only the pay-per-call option. Then, after you complete the New Clinic Customization Checklist, we will work with you to customize all aspects of your After Hours Assurance business solution, including how you choose to price your service, your clinic's customized brochure and other in-clinic marketing materials, phone system recordings and call agent scripts.
Step 2: Prepare to introduce After Hours Assurance in your clinic
(optional) We mail a letter and your customized After Hours Assurance brochure to your clients to introduce the service.
We train you and your staff to answer basic questions that you may hear from your clients.
We'll train you on the various reports you'll be able to access to view your clinic's success.
We produce your marketing materials to be used in your clinic.
Step 3: Launch After Hours Assurance in your clinic
Calls will be forwarded to our After Hours Assurance call center when your clinic closes.
You and your staff will remind clients about your new service aided by your in-clinic posters, reference cards, magnets, brochures, and by referring clients to the After Hours Assurance website.
